My Bio
Born in West Memphis, AR, Chris (Cee) Raymond has been writing, illustrating, and making poor use of his talents for nearly 20 years now. In addition to his many independent works, he has done shadow-art and writing on the syndicated cartoon strip STRANGE BREW with co-conspirator John Deering.
In 2012 he illustrated a graphic novelization of Johnny Cash’s Don’t Take Your Guns to Town. His latest release, OMINOUS SOFA is the first in his mini-comics anthology and is available at places that sale the funny books now. If his Parole Officer approves, issue 2 of OMINOUS SOFA shall be finished and available for humans Fall 2013.
When he isn’t busy making weird stuff, he enjoys spending time with his old lady, evil genius kid and some Muppets. He hates to drive, loves to clink pints and is in constant defiance of television marketing. He hopes you buy his books because he really, really doesn’t want to be sold back to the circus.
